I've spent the last three years building the systems behind health insurance policy platforms, a government healthcare dashboard, and a four-module SaaS suite — writing the Angular front ends, the Node/Express APIs behind them, and the Postgres and MongoDB schemas underneath.

Most recently at Digitide Solutions, I work on Manulife's policy creation and claims platforms for the Vietnam market: BPM-driven underwriting workflows, real-time claims tracking, and Kubernetes deployments on Azure. Before that, at Tandemloop, I helped take a SaaS product suite from manual auth to a hardened, lazy-loaded, indexed platform — and mentored the developers who came after me.
